Daylight wall panel KS1000 the Wall-lite system is a lightweight wall cladding system made of multi-wall panels. It is intended for facilities with increased insulation requirements.

Available daylight panel lengths:
The standard length of daylight wall panels is 1.0 to 6.0 m. For parts longer than 6.0 m contact Kingspan’s Technical Department.
Materials:
Multi-wall polycarbonate panel 38 mm thick with an interlocking joint for a composite panel on both sides KS1000 AT.
Sealing:
The daylight panel has a (PVC) sealing tape factory made in the side joint and a breather tape applied during installation to both ends of the panel.
Aluminium spacers:
Daylight panels are delivered with aluminium spacers for fixing to concealed fastener composite panels:
- KS1000 WL150 – KS1000 AT 150
- KS1000 WL120 – KS1000 AT 120
- KS1000 WL100 – KS1000 AT 100
- KS1000 WL080 – KS1000 AT 80
- KS1000 WL060 – KS1000 AT 60

Daylight wall panels transmit about 55% of light and are translucent.

The daylight panels offer U=1.23 W/(m2K)
Biological factors
Kingspan daylight wall panels are generally resistant to moulds, fungi, and insects.
Fire resistance
The daylight panels have been tested for fire spread and classified as non-fire spreading.
Structural safety
The maximum support spacing for a single-line of daylight panels is 6 m. The maximum support spacing for daylight panels in a row is 3 m.
